Emphatize
Empathize is the first phase of the Design Thinking Process. To begin this phase I have to understand what user feel when using the app. I use survey as the base to empathize user. I created user persona to indentifying and solving the problem they got.

Define
This stage I define the problem statement based on the user’s insight, what they like, pain point when using the current app and what they want.

Needs
Simplicity to show things that needed when enterin the public olaces such scan for check in, vaccination ticket.

Ideate
After I have found several ideas in the previous stage, I came out with my top 3 ideas.
Moving the scan button to bottom, so it is easy to reach.
Easy to find their vaccine certificate.
PCR test status is showing at landing page, so it is easy to know.
