I began the research by looking statistic data from Indonesian goverment ( Badan Pusat Statistik ). There is alot of statistic data about internet user, social media user, online seller and buyer. And I inrterviewed 10 participants online seller and customer about their paint poins while using social media to sell or buy.

People who still selling their product through social media is hampered beacause they can not create product catalog or if they can, it must be PDF or JPG catalog. They have to manually answere the customer that ask which product is ready.

90.56 % online shop using Whatsapp as media to selling their products.
Create, edit, and delete product catalog manually such PDF is wasting time.
Replying costumers chat who asked product availability is need more effort.
Mostly seller want their product catalog can be access by customer anywhere.

After click the link you have shared, customer will get this look, so they know which product is ready, price and choose product what they want.
In this page, customer can adjust quantity of the product and total amount will appear.
This is the basket page, your order list, product detail and total amount will appear here. Just click order via Whatsapp, your order list will be sent to seller.
